This page describes the cookies and similar local storage used on the NEXORA marketing site (this site) and, where noted, on storefronts merchants build using NEXORA. We keep this list to what actually runs today — not an idealized list — and we'll update it if that changes.
A session/authentication cookie, needed to keep you signed in. A currency preference and a newsletter-popup dismissal are stored in your browser's local/session storage (not a cookie) so a storefront remembers your choice without needing an account. These are all necessary for the site to function and don't require consent under Israeli or EU rules for strictly necessary storage.
Some storefronts run Hotjar, a session-recording and heatmap analytics tool, if the store's merchant has chosen to connect it. This may be active on the specific store you're visiting even though it is not active on this NEXORA marketing site. If you're visiting a merchant storefront and want to know whether Hotjar (or any other analytics) is active there, check that store's own cookie/privacy policy — the merchant, not NEXORA, controls whether it's enabled and is responsible for obtaining any consent that applies to their store.
Where enabled in production, we use Sentry to catch and diagnose technical errors. It receives crash/error data only — no advertising data, and session recording is explicitly turned off in our configuration.
This marketing site does not currently use any advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels). Because of that, we don't show a cookie-consent banner here today. If that changes — for example, if we add analytics or advertising tracking in the future — we'll update this policy and add a consent mechanism where required by law.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking the essential session cookie may prevent you from staying signed in.
We'll update this page if what runs on the site changes, and update the date at the top accordingly.
