These terms apply to two different groups, covered separately below: (1) merchants who create and run a store using NEXORA, and (2) shoppers who browse and buy from a store built on NEXORA. Read the section that applies to you.
NEXORA is an independent, unregistered individual project (see our About page), not a registered company. The platform is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We don't currently offer a formal service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee for any plan.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your store's content, product listings, pricing, and for complying with the laws that apply to your own business — including consumer-protection, tax, and data-protection obligations toward your own customers. NEXORA provides the technology; you are the seller of record for orders placed through your store.
You keep ownership of your store's content (product descriptions, images, brand). NEXORA keeps ownership of the underlying platform, code, and design.
You must publish your own store's privacy policy, terms, and refund policy (NEXORA seeds a starter draft for new stores — review and adapt it before relying on it) and keep them accurate to what your store actually does.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used for illegal activity, or that abuses the platform (e.g. attempting to compromise other tenants' data).
When you buy from a store built on NEXORA, your contract is with that store's merchant, not with NEXORA — NEXORA provides the underlying technology but is not the seller. Order, shipping, return, and refund terms are set by that specific store; check its own policy pages (usually linked in its footer).
NEXORA is responsible for the platform's availability and security; it is not responsible for a merchant's product quality, pricing, fulfillment, or customer service.
NEXORA includes AI features (product descriptions, pricing and forecasting suggestions, a storefront chatbot, and AI-generated images). AI output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of accuracy, and merchants should review AI-generated content before relying on it or publishing it.
NEXORA and its logo, design, and codebase are the property of the project. Merchants retain all rights to their own store content, branding, and product data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA is provided without warranties of any kind, and NEXORA (as an unregistered individual project) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We'll update this page if these terms change, and update the date at the top accordingly. Continued use of NEXORA after a change means you accept the updated terms.
